Sending Materials

We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for valuable items. All materials are fully insured whilst in our possession.

Package your photographs or films securely, using rigid cardboard rather than padded envelopes for prints. Include a note with your contact details and any specific instructions.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Once we receive your materials, you will be contacted within 24 hours with a project timeline and final quotation.

Most digitisation projects are completed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on volume. Rush services are available for time-sensitive materials. All original items are returned via the same secure method you used to send them.
